Handout tickets, travel information, travel T-shirts, Summer Board On-call Schedule, “One last thing” Send-Off Ceremony. Bring copy of Notarized Parent Permission to Travel Form (keep original with passport). Bring Summer Emergency Contact Form.

Below are directions to the Flasters' home - please be considerate of the neighbors when parking and avoid blocking any driveways.

DIRECTIONS TO 4 HEATHER WAY MILL VALLEY

The following are directions to our place in Mill Valley.  Please call if you have any questions.

From the North

Take 101 South.  Get off the freeway at the Mill Valley/ Tiburon / East Blithedale exit.  Turn right at the end of the off  ramp.  After you go four traffic lights there will be a school on your left, continue straight.  On your right you will see tennis courts.  Go two blocks past the tennis courts and turn right onto Carmelita.  Go two blocks and Carmelita dead ends into Buena Vista.  Turn right onto Buena Vista and follow Buena Vista for about 3/4 of a mile. There will be a golf course on your right.  When the golf course ends continue straight (DO NOT TURN RIGHT ONTO VISTA LINDA) the next right is Heather Way we are the second house on the right, #4.

From San Francisco:

Take the Golden Gate Bridge and go North on 101. Get off the freeway at the Tiburon/ East Blithedale exit. Turn left at the end of the off  ramp.  After you go five traffic lights there will be a school on your left, continue straight.  On your right you will see tennis courts.  Go two blocks past the tennis courts and turn right onto Carmelita.  Go two blocks and Carmelita dead ends into Buena Vista.  Turn right onto Buena Vista and follow Buena Vista for about 3/4 of a mile.  There will a golf course on your right.  When the golf course ends continue straight (DO NOT TURN RIGHT ONTO VISTA LINDA) the next right is Heather Way, we are the second house on the right, #4.
